Service Description

Ready to learn how to operate your website? During this call, we'll go over the website layout and make sure that you've got all of your questions answered about how to maintain your website. Please Note: This session is reserved for clients that are accessing one of our contract offers. You can request to book this session, however, your request will be declined if you are not under contract with MJD + Co. If you have any questions, please email our team at hello@mrsjdesigns.com. Cancellation Policy

We value your time as a prospective client and current client. We hope that you will also respect our team's time by contacting us via email if you cannot keep your scheduled session. All session times are displayed in Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). We request 24 hours notice for cancellations. Being more than 10 min late will require cancellation and rescheduling. We understand that circumstances arise that prevent you from attending your scheduled session. We will assess a fee of $75 to reschedule any canceled or missed/no-call, no-show consultations with less than 24 hours notice. While we are sensitive to the fact that an emergency may occur in a rare instance, cancellations, especially last-minute ones, along with client no-shows, decrease our ability to accommodate the scheduling needs of the other clients. ​
