For Scheduled Appointments and Client Services

Our Client Experience

We're so excited that you're interested in working with us to better your strategy, systems, and stellar design. We hope this page shares all the preliminaries you need to know before working with our agency to improve your brand.

At MrsJDesigns, we value creating authentic relationships with our clients, and our partnership with our clients depends on solid communication and an effective working relationship. We also love having very down-to-earth and fun conversations with our clients because that's also important in business.

Below are some of our best practices and policies to ensure we're on the same page.

Cancellation Policy

We value your time as a prospective client and current client. We hope that you will also respect our team's time by contacting us via email if you cannot keep your scheduled session.

We request 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

All session times are displayed in Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). Please ensure that you will be available at your selected session time before you book your session. Being more than 10 min late will require cancellation and rescheduling. We understand that circumstances arise that prevent you from attending your scheduled session. We may assess a fee of $50 to reschedule any canceled or missed/no-call, no-show consultations with less than 24 hours' notice.

While we are sensitive to the fact that an emergency may occur in a rare instance, cancellations, especially last-minute ones, along with client no-shows, decrease our ability to accommodate the scheduling needs of the other clients.

Reschedule Due to Incompletion of Tasks

To be successful in your client sessions, we require that any questionnaires, forms, and assets (that are due for sessions) be completed at least two days before this session. Any tasks not completed necessary to succeed during the session will result in rescheduling.

Payment Terms

A retainer payment will be due before work can commence. An invoice and payment schedule are provided to you, and you agree to stick to your payment schedule. Payments can be auto-deducted from your account on file. If you choose to make your payments manually, reminders will be sent, and you will be responsible for logging in and making your payments.

All payments are due on time for clients entering into payment plans. Retainer and payments are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that your invoices are not paid on time, a late fee will be charged, as stated on the invoice If no terms are stated, you will be charged five percent (5%) of the amount owing for every seven (7) days (or part thereof) that it remains unpaid.

We may also cancel the project immediately, suspend work until payment is received (including stopping ongoing work, removing unpaid material, taking down the website), and/or take legal action to recover fees.

Cancellation does not affect any benefit or right you, or we are entitled to beforehand. Regardless of cancellation, you will pay us for any outstanding invoices and work already done but not yet invoiced. If we cancel your project because you are no longer a good fit, we will provide reasoning and inform you of any outstanding financial obligations.

Please Note: Our clients can opt into a monthly payment plan or Flex Pay, in which you have the option to make payments throughout the project without any due dates or restraints. We are sure you understand that being paid on time as an entrepreneur is important. Likewise, all Flex Pay payments must be completed by the project end date, regardless of any delays or project extensions. This means that if your project is delayed or extended for any reason, you are still responsible for completing your payments on time as agreed upon.
