It’s a messaging and voice chat app! If you’ve used Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp, you can use this. It’s super easy! How does it work? 1️⃣ You'll get to choose a day for your Day of Voxer: You won’t need to free your calendar for this, and you won't be glued to your phone (it's super accessible for people with a busy schedule). We’ll be exchanging messages throughout the day at a steady pace. 2️⃣ We get you set up on Voxer. If you don’t have a Voxer account, you’ll create one – it’s free. Once you've logged in, find me: @mrsjdesigns 3️⃣ Prepare for your VIP Day of Voxer. Send me any information you think might support you on that day, along with any questions. 4️⃣ Ask me all the things... on your VIP Day of Voxer. I will send you a message to kick off the coaching experience. You can respond whenever it’s convenient for you and we will go back and forth from there. The best thing about a VIP Day of Voxer is that we have space between messages to mull things over. Unlike a call where you need to answer right away.

Cancellation Policy

We value your time as a prospective client and current client. We hope that you will also respect our team's time by contacting us via email if you cannot keep your scheduled session. All session times are displayed in Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). We request 24 hours notice for cancellations. Being more than 10 min late will require cancellation and rescheduling. We understand that circumstances arise that prevent you from attending your scheduled session. We will assess a fee of $75 to reschedule any canceled or missed/no-call, no-show consultations with less than 24 hours notice. While we are sensitive to the fact that an emergency may occur in a rare instance, cancellations, especially last-minute ones, along with client no-shows, decrease our ability to accommodate the scheduling needs of the other clients. ​
